Refund : Advance payment amount is non-refundable if cancellation is done from client's end. Changing of dates
would be subject to the availability of slots.
DELIVERY TERMS :
We never deliver any RAW file at any condition.You will get your files only after editing according to your package.
Files will be delivered by USB drive/Cloud storage access will be given to download all files.
Album : There is no relation of payment with the album delivery and would be delivered after
full clearance of payment in previous.
Time Consumption : Make sure to select photos for album and complete payment within six month after photo-delivery.Our company will not take any responsibility of file loss if there is extreme delay(more than six month) from your end.
Final Delivery : We retain files for the next 15 days after complete delivery of all products. Therefore, if there is an issue with any edited item, please let us know within 15 days.We won't be able to assist you beyond this period.
OTHER TERMS :
No dates are blocked till the booking amount is received and an acknowledgment is obtained
for the same.
We don’t do : Don’t ask us to do types of shoot where people are eating.
Copyrights : ANIMATING WORLD reserves the right to all photographs and film content. We
will use some part of the content to promote our work on social media / website etc.

No humiliation to any members of ANIMATING WORLD from client’s end will be entertained
during shoot. In case of any type of disrespect and humiliation the shooting will be stopped at
instant.
Any kind of damage of our equipment due to client’s family/guest will be charged as new
replacement of the product whatever the cost will be that time.
